There is no minimum order amount – you can place an order according to your budget and offer the products to your customers. When you need to restock, you can simply repeat the order.

Aromatic •89• is a young brand focused on both business and the customer. Our goal is to listen to our partners and create an ecosystem where the most important members – businesses and customers – are satisfied. This includes ensuring comprehensive quality, service, and attention.

What are your payment terms? Do you offer payment deferral to existing business partners?

We offer business clients the option to use credit, allowing them to defer payment for goods. We also work on a consignment basis. However, these payment terms are only available to distributors and large retail chains.

What are your delivery terms? How quickly are restocks processed, and are urgent orders possible to respond to sudden demand?

One of our top priorities is delivering products to our clients as quickly as possible. Typically, if the order is paid by 12:00, the goods are delivered the next business day. We understand that every day without products means lost revenue, and businesses need to continuously generate turnover and ensure products are always available for their customers.

How often do you update your product range, and do you take seasonal and consumer needs into account?

Our R&D department not only analyzes global trends but also focuses on customer needs, turning them into products. We are flexible, allowing us to adapt production lines to even the most demanding clients. Additionally, we consider seasonality, especially during the Christmas period when demand for gifts increases.

Do you provide marketing materials and recommendations on how to best position and sell your products?

We regularly send sample kits and product samples to our business clients, which they can distribute to their customers or display at retail locations. Our goal is to ensure that end consumers get familiar with our products and know that they can purchase Aromatic •89• items at these locations.

Is it possible to receive product samples before placing a larger order?

We do not set a minimum order amount, so you can order the samples you need at wholesale prices.

What is your return policy, and what solutions are offered if my customers are not satisfied with the products?

We are always on the customer’s side and respond to all feedback, complaints, or dissatisfaction. If a client finds something unsuitable, we always offer a refund or exchange the product. Our mission is to ensure that the customer has a pleasant experience with Aromatic •89•.

SELF-SERVICE SYSTEM

After registration, you will be assigned wholesale prices and a personal manager, who you can always contact if you need assistance.


You can place your order at a convenient time, choosing a preferred payment method – either immediately or via a proforma invoice.


Your pricing category will be displayed in your account, allowing you to track which price group you belong to and how much turnover remains to move to the next category. There are three pricing categories.

*A large client is defined as one whose order amount exceeds €15,000.
